| Where are the screens? | Screens are placed in-store at petrol stations, convenience stores, in GP waiting rooms, PowerLeague receptions and WHSmith stores at Motorways Services. |
| What else is displayed on the screens? | Your link local ad will be displayed along with major brand advertising, retailer promotions, patient information and live information such as news, traffic and weather. |
| Where are the screens positioned? | Screens are located in eye-line view of where people wait, dwell and queue |
| Do the screens pick up and air TV channels e.g. ITV or BBC? | No. Although the screen looks like a TV, it does not have a TV tuner. We transmit media using mobile phone networks. |
| Do the screens have sound? | No. Screens do not support sound in-order not to cause annoyance to staff and customers in-store. |
| How much does it cost to advertise on Linklocal? | Costs are given on a per screen basis and vary depending on network and duration. Linklocal will calculate and display costs as you select your screens. Please see our full payment options. |
| How long is the advert on screen for and how often will the advert get shown? | Local adverts are shown on a loop which varies in length depending on the network (see Terms and Conditions):

| How many people will see my advert? | Average monthly audience per screen varies between networks: Forecourts (39,900), Convenience (33,200), Healthcare (3,500), Leisure (11,100), Travel (33,200) |
| Can I pay in monthly / weekly instalments? | No, we ask for all payments up front. |
| Do I get a discount if I advertise on more than one screen? | Discounts will sometimes be offered, please contact us to enquire. |
| What display period options are available for my advert? | Please see our full payment options. |
| Can I change my advert during the display period? | All costs are on the basis that the creative will stay the same for the entire duration of the advertising campaign. Creative changes will be made subject to an administrative fee. Please contact us to enquire for details. |
| What should I do if there is no template that suits my business? | We always welcome new template ideas and are happy to design a template for you at no extra cost. We do however ask for confirmation that you will book once the template has been designed in order to avoid any time being wasted. |
| Can I design my own advert / include my logo? | Yes – please get in touch and we will let you have details. All creative will need to be within one of our borders and will need be returned to us as a JPEG at 1440 x 900. |
